What is Oceaneers?

Oceaneers is a survival management video game for PC, where you take control of small group that is trying desperately to survive in a flooded world. Craft, research and harvest resources to stay afloat, because not all is what it seems.

The game will offer a thorough survival crafting experience with story elements.

What platforms is Oceaneers on?

Oceaneers is being developed for PC (via Steam).

Does Oceaneers have a story?

Not everything is as it seems in this post-apocalyptic flooded world. The only land available is the scattered floating islands, that unfortunately, have a tendency to sink (before re-appearing on the surface).

As you progress through game and explore the world you will need to uncover the mysteries behind the once illustrious Float-Tech corporation.

What are the inspirations for the game?

We love the "sheltered-survival" style gameplay which led us to the idea for this game. If we had to give an an X meets Y answer we would have to say the game is Sheltered meets Raft, with hints of Don't Starve, a sprinkling of Oxygen Not Included and storytelling like Subnautica.
