All of the collected data is stored on servers handled by Barrel Smash Studios, located in Australia. Only Barrel Smash Studios or necessary technical subcontractors have access.
Data is collected with the sole purpose of development and improvement of the game Oceaneers, and is not sold to any third party.

Outside the game there are some cases where we may collect personal information, this occurs only when you provide the personal data to us:
- By subscribing to our newsletter with your email address and name. These emails will be used for marketing and update purposes.
- By providing opt-in email addresses from storefronts such as Steam and Epic Games Store
- By contact our support via email, where the email addresses will be retained for quality assurance purposes. These emails will only be used to reply to the concerns or suggestions raised and NOT for marketing purposes.
